Between Barrie & Toronto = PERFECT! 3 of 5 Stars! Date: Monday 25th. July 25, 2016 So, let me begin by saying we reserved what our family’s budget could afford. The Bradford Inn, 20590 Hwy 11, King, ON L3Z 2B3, Canada, was perfect for a group of four (Parents and Children) managing costs for a night’s stay! Like any reservation, we booked ahead of time using a Hotel Booking Website. On the day we were scheduled to arrive for check in, we were running a bit late due to the Hi Way 400 NORTH Cottage Traffic. We followed up with a courtesy call to advise of the delay and possible lateness. The Hotel Rep advised Staff were only onsite to a particular time. We were not offended in the least as we knew this was an Inn, akin to a B&B where they advise of service times. We arrived at the time indicated and the Staff were there to receive us, process payment, provide the room key and advise the Check In – Check Out procedures. Got to the room and it was PERFECT! Due to the July summer’s heat, the Staff had the A/C on and the room (#15) was nice and cool. Now folks, remember…this after all is an Inn. You are just there to drop in, get a good night’s rest and leave. And let me tell you we did just that…the room was well kept, cool, had a microwave, mini-fridge, bathroom was working well, towels – soap provided and it all welcomed us to relax. We also took time to walk around the complex and chatted with the other Guests who were in between Home & Cottage Vacation, and this was their traditional drop off - resting point for the day or weekend. All Guests were polite and shared stories of the good places close by to eat, get a drink or places of interest to visit as we have children. Later on in the afternoon, we realized the Hotel Staff were still onsite, working on other rooms for arriving guests. I asked the staff if the 'NO VACANCY' sign put up for the evening was TRUE? They replied – YES! Sure enough by 11 PM, you could not get another vehicle into the 15 parking spots on the compound. Our stay included a drive into Bradford (5 Mins West…) to use the Pool at the Community Centre which was FREE. We attended the Annual Bradford Rib Fest. Walked along the Old Part of Town and chatted with the Store Owners and even bought a couple of antiques. Our evening included a drive into King Township (10 Mins East…) to catch a Movie with our children and late night snack at a local Dessert Store. As mentioned above, by the time we arrived back to the Inn, the parking lot was full. BUT, due to the summer heat, most Guest were out enjoying the late evening. We again chatted with a few, enjoyed the discussions around the night’s sky and called it a night at 1 AM. Kids were long in bed by that time. On Sunday, got up and got out knowing that we had a GREAT stay at the Bradford Inn. I can only HOPE others have a good a stay and experience as our family! Thank You, The Reservation of Room #15

Warning! If you are a person with disabilities do NOT enter! They refused me with my service dog even after I informed by email, phone and in person! They are completely dismissive of the law and how they are breaking it!!

This motel was very shabby two years ago and when I see it now, I cannot believe the difference. Renovated clean room and the friendly staff is a pleasant change.

Managers are totally unprofessional. We did not stay there because of the filth, non smoking room was filled with smoke and dirty ash trays, fridge did not work. Manager beligerant and verbally abusive. Did not refund our money and had to have the police come to assist us. Terrible place and horrible management.. Not a place for adults let alone children..
