Overall we were happy with our stay. No wow factor but more like "good enough" for first camping trip with small kids. All staff we encountered were friendly. Appreciate the firewood delivered in a timely manner right to our site. Beautiful beach 2 minute drive down the road with nice washroom/changeroom facility and a playground & picnic tables. The trains going close by all night long were very noisy and one of the biggest cons of staying here. Our campsite did not have a single blade of grass, was all dirt and pine needles. Seems most are that way. So that was also a downfall. The playgrounds are very basic and need to be upgraded. My kids did love the trampoline however. Washrooms were clean with several stalls and several sinks and 3 private showers.

We Travel in a Tiffin Class A towing and always prefer Class A parks. This Park is not big rig friendly. No pavement and muddy with rain. Tight turns. Typical family campground with four wheelers access to trails. No cable or sewage connection. Pleasant owners. WiFi above average. About 20 minutes from Parry Sound. Nice restaurants in Parry Sound along with Island Queen bay tour. Diesel Fuel on 400 exit 214 just a short distance from KOA.

Im sorry we chose this KOA we usually go to Barrie Koa but thought we'd try somewhere new, bad idea! Staff was not friendly, cabin was dirty, showers sucked, not many activities, trampoline for kids under 100 lbs. Free wifi that doesn't work. Barrie Koa is 10x better. will not be returning .
