Stopped here for the first time with my family. loved the store and all the beautiful things for sale. It's unfortunate that glass items were placed right beside a children's attraction in which the cashier suggested we went too. My daughter broke something and we had to pay for it. Not even sure if she knocked it off the shelf or it just fell. Had I known when she broke it that I was paying for it and going to pay the full cost of it,I would have kept it and not purchased the $80 item we decided to buy. Not impressed that I wasn't even offered to pay cost for an item we all knew was in the garbage, especially considering the amount of money being spent already. Very dissatisfied with the customer service received for something that was most definitely an accident, seems as tho everyone I speak to also agrees with me. Not happy at all.

Beautiful items, some locally made by talented artists. Great looking store, their fudge is some of the best around.
