Dr. Pavalkis is a fabulous chiropractor! I saw her a few weeks ago to work out a muscle knot I developed in my back. It was a tenacious knot, but she did a great job working the soft tissue in the area and giving me exercises to work on outside of the office. She understands how important it is for an athlete to continue to be active while injured. She did an amazing job of explaining why I was experiencing my symptoms, the muscles involved, what exercises I could still do, and stretches to continue easing out the knot. I would recommend her to anyone experiencing any kind of musculoskeletal pain.

I run, and have had several issues develop this year from the ankle to the lower back. In every instance Dr. Pavelkis has done a very thorough assessment, identified the root cause (which always seems to be somewhere other than the pain site), and treated it so that I can continue running. As an athlete herself, she not only understands the physical aspects of sport, but also the hard headed mentality of people who do them – especially runners! Dr. Pavelkis also explains things thoroughly and clearly, and is a really fun and pleasant person! It was a bit of physical struggle for me this year, but with her help I was able to finish the year on a positive note and PR at my last Half marathon. I highly recommend seeing her whether you do sports or surf the couch.

I saw Dr. Jane Pavalkis at the Gold's Gym, and she was amazing! I was having a lot of wrist pain and discomfort with gripping at the gym, and figured I'd give it a shot, since I had talked to her before and she seemed knowledgeable about what was going on. WOW! I was suprised at how thorough she was talking to me and checking everything out, and she did a really great job of explaining what exactly was going on. She did a lot of muscle work into my forearm, elbow and shoulder, and by the next day it was EASILY 80% better. 2 more treatments and I have absolutely no pain during any kind of workout I do. I absolutely 100% recommend her!

Dr. Jane is very good in Physical therapy. I have consulted her for my running related injuries. She treated me very well and she suggested me good exercises( hope I follow them !!). I strongly recommend Dr.Jane.

I have been seeing Dr. Jane Pavalkis for only a few weeks, but I have seen great improvements in that time. Other chiropractic care I have received never seems to amount to any appreciable gains in combating my aches and pains. Dr. Pavalkis has provided thorough and efficient in-office care, as well as exercises and stretches I can do on my own time. I am thankful to her for her chiropractic care and her concern for me as a patient.
