Sandra and Kirsten were friendly, helpful and proficient in helping me with testing and picking out hearing aids. I was pleasantly surprised about the equipment included with my purchase and the booklets with instructions included. I have had the hearing aids for 24 hours and so far so good. Thank you ladies!

I have received excellent service from both staff at Keswick. I am sorry to hear that they are both leaving Keswick for other locations. I have had my new hearing aides for about a month and so far they are living up to my expectations, and functioning as they were described. Any problems and I will be back, but I don't expect there to be problems that can't be resolved locally.
