I purchased my initial hearing aid from an out of town business. Recently they were unable to supply me with ear tips, so I went to the Goderich ListenUp office. "Ashley" was very helpful and directed me to a local supplier who had these particular ear tips available. Because of this favorable first impression, it was natural for me to return to ListenUp when I needed two new hearing aids. "Kristen" explained every step of the hearing test, and then the result of the test itself. She was friendly and professional. I felt she understood my concerns and took the time needed to discuss my options. She suggested sources that were available to me to help defray the cost of the aids. My hearing aids arrived within days. Kristen demonstrated their function, applications and maintenance in a clear manner. I am delighted with this product; very comfortable and effective, well worth every penny I paid , considering how it is enhancing my every day quality of life. I will definitely recommend ListenUp to my family and friends, knowing they will have a pleasant and satisfactory experience. Thank you ListenUp.

Hi my hearing test was ok.But hearing aids are too expensive for my budget. the lower cost hearing aids you have are not very suitable to me. also you have no payment plan to help lower income people get your better products.
