Irene/Michele were the most professional and helpful people I have experienced. Irene determined that the reason why I had lost my previous two right hearing aids was because the dome I was given was too big and the hearing aid would pop out of my ear. The original audiologist I had years ago did not take me through the basics of owning a hearing aid and Irene even put a sling on my hearing aids to help me prevent losing my new hearing aids. Michele has always been helpful when I had issues with my previous hearing aids and continues to be a delight to deal with. I recommend both Irene/Michele as very capable, pleasant and knowledgeable people at this location and will continue to go there for any issues that may crop up or questions I have about my hearing aids. I thank them for their courtesy and professionalism
