I'm surprised at myself... Zero complaints. Great theater rooms, quick service, good ambiance and some fair deals (though these apply to Caribbean Cinemas in general) It's a cozy environment, and most importantly, ITS CLEAN! To many theaters that are just not... Clean...

Love this movie theater! One of the best qualities I've seen! Very sad they've gotten rid of some of the old candies they used to sell, but they still provide an awesome service! 5 stars on that at least ;)

This is a high quality theater at a relatively good price. The auditoriums are clean and maintained very well, they all use digital projection, there are some 3D capable projectors, and there are some "CXC" auditoriums with very nice Dolby Atmos sound and 4k projectors. No IMAX though, and no reserved seating. The food selection is not the best, but it is well priced. There are two sets of restrooms, one on each side, and are well maintained. There is also a gameroom. The theater accepts credit cards, and there are ATM machines just outside if you'd prefer to pay with cash. Even in peak holiday season, there is always parking available in the lot on the Roosevelt Ave side (south parking), though it might mean you'd need to climb to the roof and walk a bit. The theater is also pretty reliable. Technical issues seem to occur once every two decades, and the staff is nice enough to provide rainchecks. In fact, I've asked for rainchecks because of my own errors (e.g. bought the wrong ticket) and they're nice enough to grant me one. One of the best things of this theater is the fact that it's in the mall. You don't really need to look at the showtimes online, just browse at the box office, buy your tickets, and run errands / eat / shop until showtime. At showtime, there are usually 20-30 minutes of commercials, but i've been surprised with only 5 minutes of commercials.

Had not been here in years! What a delightful change now with a El Morro, Old San Juan motif. Seats are a little low and worn out but OK. Small theater in mine but Dolby sound was great. Being Las Americas parking could had been a pain but the idea of coming early paid off. Maybe will stay for a second movie. Hey being senior has its benefits!! Jejeje

One of the best theaters in all of the Caribbean Cinemas localities. These theaters usually have a theme and with this one it's Old San Juan. Very pretty inside. This one has a premium large format screen and it's one of the few that usually screens their movies in normal 2D (I don't enjoy 3D). Some of the auditoriums are showing their age and might even have kind of a stale smell. Other than that, pretty good theater overall.
