Beautiful hotel from the outside, front desk area could be improved. We accidentally booked a queen bed instead of two beds (me and a buddy traveling together) and my friend requested to be transferred to a double. There wasn't one available so they were nice enough to give him a free room until the double cleared up. In both of our initial rooms the bathrooms looked nice but were not very functional. The shower leaked water out at a drips pace and I basically had to make love to the shower faucet to get enough water on me. No toilet roll hanger, 1 towel. Beds were pretty comfy otherwise. The next day they transferred us to a double (again at no charge, thanks again for that fellas!). The couch in the double was not very clean, and similar issue with bathroom. Shower had great pressure but no hot water. The drain didn't drain fast so I basically got to take a shower with old water around my ankles. We had 2 towels for 4 days. No room service or cleaning during that time. While I appreciate the great service by the front desk there are some issues here that management is not watching. I gave it 3 stars because it's by far the cheapest in the area and has an excellent location. You get what you pay for folks!

I spend a night there, the front assistance are very courteous and their location it's perfect. The room was clean but it looks the property management is trying to do some changes the restroom looks new. However many doors of the closet didn't work, the bedroom doesn't have curtains and I guess it's because it's broken so my night it was without privacy. In general price value it's 👌

The worst experience to date. Booked room 11/11/2016 at 9:15 pm and got confirmation from hotwire right away. Showed up at te hotel after a long and weary flight to find out that they have no rooms and to top it off our missing luggage is coming to this hotel. I had to take another cab right back to the airport as the hotel I got booked again by Hotwire was right at the Airport. How do you get a reservation this day and age 18 hours after booking? While the girl at the front desk was as courteous as possible it doesn't negate the fact that I had to go through with this miserable experience.

Room was not ready at check in time, then given a dirty room. Eventually got a cleaned room but staff did not address broken toilet for several hours and room did not have hot water for shower. Staff was friendly but did not seem to care about the quality of the hotel services. It's a cheap place and fine to stay a couple of nights but be aware there is no actual breakfast (which is advertised), no hot water in some rooms, and room cleaning was not done regularly during stay. Positives are location and price if you're looking to stay on a low budget. Pool is small but nice and hotel is a close walk to center of Condado/beaches. A/C worked well in room and there is a nice rooftop patio area.
