This where I buy food for my pet dog and she is also under Medical Plan at the Banfield Clinic there. She goes to Day Care on occasions and their care of her is excellent! !!!

No stars, really. Horrible, rude mean girls behind the counter at the Petsmart pet hotel and daycare camp. These girls did everything possible to make sure that my puppy could not be taken into the camp to play. I gave them everything they requested in their paperwork including vet records. Before my puppy was "accepted" they did a temperament test and took a very long time to physically "examine" my dog. They took in 4 other dogs in the time it took to check in my dog. Because they found a tick (no fleas!) they rejected my dog. I honestly believe they were looking for any excuse to reject my dog. There is no way they could do the same type of flea and tick exam on 4 other dogs of the same or bigger size and found them acceptable in the same time the girl "examined" my one dog. They were very rude and they make sure that I would never want to go back there . Too bad for my dog who would have loved to play with other dogs.

Great service and have the best dog trainer areal dog whisperer, Javier. Must improve the time to pick -up telephone, otherwise this is the best store of the chain.
