Dr. Woo and her staff are more understanding of special needs kids than I have seen at any other practice, and we have seen many! Everyone says they work with special needs individuals, but these folks truly **understand** them. They are patient, not demanding at all, allowing even the most reactive kids to ease into their experience. This dentist and those who work with her are to be trusted. Their only agenda is provide excellent dental care while building a relationship. We drive 90 minutes one way to see her, that’s how much we love them. And I would drive twice that if I needed to.

Dr. Val and Dr. Courtney are the best! We have been going to this practice for 4 years now and will keep going as long as we live in the area. It's a fairly quick drive from Reston and there is ample parking. The office itself is very nice and clean, and wait times are short. The staff is wonderful, and the hygienists are great and always put my kids at ease (they even get excited about their 6 month check-ups!) 5 stars all around!

Love the office. Front desk and scheduling is efficient and friendly. Kids see dentist and orthodontist. Can get all three kids with cleaning appoints at the same time. Dr Courtney is great. In and out with the Ortho appoints. Never have to wait. But never feel rushed.

We've been taking our kids to Dr. Val for well over 11 years and have always been thrilled with the care received. Not only do they do a fabulous job, but they go out of their way to make the visits fun & comfortable for children. Recently my daughter had to have an emergency visit and the staff went out of their way to juggle their schedule so my daughter could be seen immediately. As always, Dr. Val was professional, someone I can rely upon to give me sound advice and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our needs are met. She treats each patient as if they were her own child, and each child as if they're the patient who needs to put at ease & understand the procedure they're about to experience. I cannot sing Dr. Val or her staffs praises highly enough. I'm delighted to have found such a fabulous doctor for my kids all those years ago!!

Been taking my son here for the past year. Love Dr. Woo and staff. Everyone is so friendly. The hygienists are so patient and they do such a wonderful job of explaining everything they're doing so my son doesn't get upset. Top notch staff and top notch facility to boot! Can't get much better than that!
