ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I was told wait was 20 minutes and got seated 50 minutes later. The host was very rude when we asked how much longer was the wait. After being seated, we waited 10 minutes for somebody to come and take our drink order. Our server Melissa was not in a great mood and did not have any type of customer service skills. She never served us water, when taking the order we hesitated a bit on a plate and she immediately cut us off to go and help a neighboring table. She came and dropped our drinks off. Literally just put them there. The bus boy was very nice, he asked if we needed anything and greeted us kindly when he gave us our plates. The food was ok, definitely not worth the price. The drinks were watered down. When we left she didn't even say have a nice night, none of the employees on our way out said anything either. Just horrible. I can't believe the hype for this place. The aesthetic is beutiful but other than that, I don't see anything positive about the place.

Unfortunately, we weren't served so I'm not able to rate the quality of the food!!! There were numerous wait people walking around as the place was not overly busy and NO ONE ever greeted us or brought us water. The individual that appeared to be the manager stood next to our table and did not attempt to get us to stay when we got up to leave! This is not a customer-centric restaurant and we would never return!

Terrible bar service, weak drinks, slippery floor and pricey. I would not go back.

I had a weird experience here, but I would definitely give it another try. I was with a very large group, so we sat outside. Unless you sit under the table that has an umbrella over it, outdoor dining is not the best idea. From passersby ogling my food to people coughing right next to me while I was eating, to small black bugs attracted to my food and people begging for money, it was not pleasant. All that to say, EAT INSIDE. I had a mojito - wasn't great and came in a tiny cup. My meal was okay. I ordered costillas (ribs). It came with arroz mamposteao and salad. My husband ordered the same thing. The difference in the sizes of the two orders of ribs was astounding. I was okay with it, but I could see someone having a problem with that. The ribs tasted just so-so. The salad was... salad. Oh but that rice!! I would fly back to Puerto Rico right now just for that rice. It was so delicious and flavorful. People from my group that ordered different food items were very pleased with their food. I tasted someone's chicharones de cerdo. Delicious! The fried pork chop, skirt steak, and salmon looked great! The service was also so-so. It could have been from dealing with a large group of hungry tourists. It wasn't terrible. I'd give them another chance. I love the traditional costumes that they wear. (The inside of the restaurant is decorated really nicely too! Eat inside!!) And lastly, if someone is having a birthday, they sing happy birthday and they play instruments and it is really, really nice.
