Had a wonderful stay here, the staff was very nice and welcoming. Rooms are super clean and convenient area to explore old San Juan. Everything is walking distance. Be prepared to pay for valet if you have a car because there is no where to park, in that area. Be aware of a man around old San Juan who claims he's been mugged and says he's a tourist. He asks for small bits of money for taxis or something but after he asked us we looked him up and he's a complete scam artist. But back to the hotel it's wonderful!

Concierge services was welcoming and helpful w guidance. Prompted valet parking service. Front desk was also welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and neat. The restaurant was amazing. Everything that I ordered was tasty with an excellent blend of flavors. Our waitress was friendly and professional.

Not the best from Sheraton. Just the location could be the attractive point. Pool area is horrible No lobby area anymore No casino area anymore Parking is expensive and takes sometime to get your vehicle valet that is parked blocks away

Nice hotel in a very good area for walking around. A bit on the pricey side since there's nothing special about the hotel, hence the 4 stars

The Sheraton old san Juan hotel is located right on the pier where all cruise ships dock, it is a very nice well kept hotel with pleasant staff. There is always lots of people in and around the place because of the cruise ships at port the food is very good and equally served I loved this place and go eat and drink there often I highly recommend you and your family or friends this establishment.
