Can't get enough of Spoon Food Tours! Paulina, Gustavo and team are FANTASTIC! This will be our 3rd Spoon Food Tour. This time we're bringing four friends. THIS is the way to see San Juan--such a beautiful city! As you would expect Paulina and Gustavo ensure an authentic culinary experience, but the best part is exploring the area's rich history, culture and people courtesy of locals with a clear love of their city and passion for the good things in life. Whether you opt for a lunchtime taste or an evening sip and savor there's no doubt you'll enjoy this experience. We left our first visit to Puerto Rico with a love of San Juan due in no small part to our friends at Spoon Food Tours.

We have toured with Spoon Food Tours on three separate trips to San Juan and each one was better than the last! Our first tour, taken during a daytime stop from a cruise ship, took us around the area to various restaurants, where we sampled food and drinks. Next time we almost missed the ship when we joined Paulina and Gustavo for a rum tour, ending at a fantastic bar where we tried unusual cocktails. Last time we were in San Juan for a night prior to a cruise and Paulina met us and our friends for a private dinner tour. Fantastic food, drinks and company!! We look forward to visiting San Juan in January and spending more time touring with Spoon Food Tours!

You cannot go wrong with a Spoon Food Tour. The food is incredible, the sights are amazing, and the guides are friendly and very accommodating. Book this tour long before you get to the island, book it for the beginning of your trip, and while we did a private tour, we'd recommend a group tour! The more people to laugh and eat with the better. Perhaps most important to us were the recommendations for what we should do with the rest of our time in Puerto Rico! Paulina, the owner, was our guide and was the most friendly, most informative guide we could have asked for. To anyone who is visiting Puerto Rico for the first time, this is a must!

The morning walking tour was great! We met Paulina - our guide - at 9:30 AM and began our tour with amazing local coffee and pastries... thank goodness because I was starving. Paulina was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and funny. She talked about the history and culture of San Juan and of Puerto Rico, and a lot about the food. The food was AMAZING. Puerto Rico knows how to do pastries. Everyone had a great time on the tour. We also got tips on where to go and what to see, so I highly recommend doing this tour as soon as you get to the island. Overall, really satisfied and recommend it.
