They put a lot of effort into making the outside look nice and the staff is very friendly. However the rooms are horrible. Their tv's look like they're from the 90's. You only get a handful of channels and not all of them work. There are no lamps so you have to get up and walk to turn the lights on and off after relaxing in bed. I'd prefer carpet over tile but that's just my personal preference. The ac is my room didn't work very well because it took all night to cool down the room.

Mixed feelings. Rooms are so so but then again they are cleaned everyday and the Ac is freezing! This is not a resort you live at for a week it's a place you rest your head and shower while your running around Puerto Rico seeing everything there is to see. Secondly they have a pool with an unbeatable view that's perfect for small children. Prefectly decent place to stay if you're on the go and looking for shelter. Any way what's the point of traveling if all you want to do is look at the walls of your hotel room?

Please read my horrible experience and save yourself the trouble of wasting your money. This place doesn't even deserve one star! Upon entering the room for booking things seemed fine. We were shown to our room by an older gentlemen. Due to my lack of sleep and needing rest I didn't care how cheap the room looked. My husband went back to pay and I was getting ready to hop in bed, expecting a good night's rest. As soon as I lifted the blanket I was REPULSED as I saw a disgusting stain that looked like either urine or another bodily fluid. I quickly alerted my husband that we couldn't stay here explaining what I had just seen. He told the staff and requested a refund. They refused and said they would clean the room. After waiting they led us to a different room. They originally told us they only had one available! As we entered the next room it had the same poor quality bed set and furniture. This time my husband told me to lift the blanket before the staff left and BEHOLD ANOTHER STAIN! My husband told him there was blood on the bed sheets pointing exactly to where it was and the staff's response was pathetic. He swiftly exited leaving us in a dirty room. Not wanting to waste our money we got bed sheets of our own and slept. If you thought this experience couldn't get any worse, not only were the bathrooms wretched (pictures attached) but a staff member unlocked our door while we were sleep and walked in on us! He was speaking quickly in Spanish and asked for the remote? This was by far the oddest and most revolting place I've ever been. No etiquette, cleanliness or charm. Save yourself time & money by going elsewhere.

This is by far the worst place that i have seen in my life. Im born in PR and is a shame that there is a hotel like this, it should be closed down. Starting from the lobby the furniture stinks. The rooms are horrible, they stink, the bed sheets have yellow stains, the comforter was ripped, the bathroom had a urine stain behind the toilet, the shower and towels were dirty, the lamps were rotten. Please dont stay here! We asked for a refund and left as soon as we could.
