Maybe my experience would of been better as a local instead of a white English speaking person. A giant chalkboard is moved from table to table as a menu. A server put it in front of us but didn't say anything and then brought us an appetizer that they bring out and didn't say anything and then after 10 or 15 min someone finally came and took our drink order. I finally snagged someone and said we were ready to order our meals. The food seems to have been already prepared as it came out quickly. My meat was incredibly dry, needed to take a sip of water after each bite of it. Pricing was a bit high although they give a dish of I think tostones and plaintain soup with your meal. Open air inside and there was a pigeon running around as we were leaving.

Cool spot to have lunch in San Juan. Food is really good and place is a mix of locals and tourist looking for a bit of the 'real San Juan'. Sort of BS that when you order water they bring you the 500ml bottle and charge $2.50 for it. Not a fan of being ripped off.

Wonderful, fantastico, absolutely delicious food, and great decor, service is not as attentive but they are quick to respond when you get their attention. Also very generous portions.
