Enjoyable tour around some parts of the factory. You go on to a roof top and get a good view across the factory. There is some rum tasting with 5 to try. The last one is $25 a shot and you also get a free drink at the bar. Worth the money in my opinion :-)

Every time we visit Old San Juan, PR we take the ferry to visit the factory. The tour used to be free but I think it was better when we paid - we saw more. I can't blame them, with PR's money problems, I guess they needed to start charging. We enjoy our souvenir glasses and look forward to our next visit!

Honestly, the worst mojitos we had on the island. The tour guide was very nice and the staff was pleasant, but it's way out of the way of the action in Old San Juan. It took us a while to take the ferry across the bay, and then it's another ride to the grounds. In the 4-5 hours we spent going to and from, only 2 were there. The rest was waiting for a ferry. Would not go again.

Tour was fine, drinks were okay but have had much better and cheaper distillery tours and tastings. Especially when they overcharged my credit card and couldn't process the refund. Tour started 10 minutes early without warning or notice so we had to take a later tour. Honestly probably the worst distillery/brewery experience and I've been to many save your time and money.

Went on the rum tasting tour - I thought it would be kind of lame and was pleasantly surprised. Guide was very knowledgable about Bacardi and its history. The rum tasting was like wine tasting, all sommelier style. I really learned a lot. I would like to remark that every single Bacardi employee we encountered seemed very happy to be there and they went out of their way to please us. Bacardi must really be a great employer!
