Our experience with Autogermana was excellent. The professionalism, courtesy and honesty of Frances facilitated our decision. Frances knows every detail of every unit and her enthusiasm is contagious. On the other hand, when the vehicle was delivered to us; she completely covered all components of the vehicle and how to use them. Finally, the entire process was a wonderful experience.

Best experience I ever had buying a car. Back to 2013 I bought my first Mini. My salesman was a lovely charismatic young women named Frances. She was pretty realistic with my scenario and she made everything on her power to fulfill my dream. Right now I have my second unit and I asked for her help again. As Usual this women gives the extra mile to help you find the perfect option for you. I've been to other car dealers and I haven't met a salesman more passionate than Frances. In conclusion, yes definately the best experience that I had ever had. Frances keep it up!

They will greet you with a huge fake smile, and provide a comfortable environment so you can confidently hand them your car keys. That's exactly when the nightmare begins. I hope you have another car at home...

I can't even give them a star, I'm a costumer from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, the BMW Vista motor company, is where I used to take my mini for maintenance, when I move to Puerto Rico, Autogermana wish supposed to be the BMW dealership, the Service Department took almost 8 hours just to change the oil and filter. When Vista BMW in Ft. lauderdale did the oil service change, change new spark plugs, the drive belt and detailing cleaning for my mini cooper, all that in the same amount of time and did the inspection for free with the quote on parts and service, this people to give me an appointment took them two weeks, they only change the oil and filter and told me to take the mini cooper another appointment for the inspection that they charge 125.00 dollars. I ask myself if there is a BMW corporate looking to this review, is by far the worst service department and to be as good as it get is the only service department in the Island for BMW mini cooper. Every post that you see here positive is just to buy the car all the negative post are when you need them the most service. How can you thrust a dealer that is very nice to sell you a new car and when you need service is the worst experience in live.

Ms. Frances Rodriguez, Motoring Advisor at Autogermana, Inc., performed an excellent job when I bought my first Mini Cooper. She helped me to acquire the right color and model of the car according to my personality. Her client-oriented attitude was awesome, Definitely, Ms. Rodriguez is an asset to Autogermana, Inc.
