Had an awesome experience at this ranch. Our hotel recommended this spot for a horse back tour. My girlfriend and I went on a slower day and ended up just her and I with Erik our guide. Had a great 2 hour horse ride and even showed us some things in town on his lunch break! He and everyone there seemed to very much care about the horses and I would highly recommend the place!

Awesome place, a group of us did the atv tour and it was fantastic. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and fun. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some fun.

A little over a month ago we had the pleasure of experiencing horseback riding here. Out of all the port excursions we experienced this one was by far the best! In addition to the beauty of PR, we had so much fun! There were two guides that we would like to recognize and that would be Willie and Joshua (aka 'Oops' 😁) . By the end of the trip we had more stories to share about our horseback riding experience than enything else. They went above and beyond. Taking pictures, playing around, and just having fun with everyone. If you want to have a great time make sure they are your guides! Thank you again Willie and 'Oops', we will be back!!! We called in the morning spoke to someone super friendly who told us to show up and they'll take care of us we would all go the ATV's no problem. Excitingly we drove an hour for the adventure. When we arrived to sign in and pay the woman working the counter said reservations are only online walk ins are always welcome but we would not be able to ride. We were upset because the very friendly conversation we had over the phone was different. And this lady looked away apologizing with snooty attitude because she plainly could care less. We went on a waiting list wanting to make the best of things and we're able to get 4 atvs. We needed 6 atvs so my dad n I stayed back. Also, while we were waiting I witnessed two couples with complaints about the service as well. I couldn't believe it. Its a great place for adventure but the management and customer service skills are of great need here. Service is a BIG part of the experience and for that reason I DO NOT recommend this place.

My husband and I took a guided horseback tour last week from our cruise ship.. we were very impressed with how well the horses seemed to be cared for. Joshua and Willy were awesome! Made it very fun and took pics for us all. I would recommend this excursion.
