I wish I could give this airport -5 stars! It's probably the worst airport I've ever experienced. There is not nearly enough space to accommodate the traffic, there are no benches to sit on near the pickup area while waiting for your ride, and no shaded areas to wait where your ride can see you. The staff here are not friendly. The parking is ridiculously over priced. There is only one security checkpoint which is constantly backed up. You need to allot three or more hours for check in sometimes as well. I've been to most of the major airports on the east coast, and this one is the worst I've seen.

Terminal A - JetBlue terminal is nice, new customs and immigration facilities are to open soon. Terminal B - was just reopen after a big renovation. Much better now. Good facilities. Terminal C - was renovated also, a great job has been done in the international arrivals. Terminal D - the old American Airlines terminal is partly used with mostly regional, charters and a few international. Terminal D is in bad shape and needs a massive renovation or just close it down. Terminal E - Closed.

Easy to navigate and friendly staff made travel and vacationing here great. After leaving a bag on the plane the staff quickly and efficiently located and returned it to us without any hassle.

As far as airports go I was totally pleased with my experience. Quick processing at security, plenty of shopping after security. Only knocked a star because they don't allow Uber at the airport.

Terminal D is ready for a big renovation, truly worn off, dead empty and no stores open. Free wifi would be another great add to facilitate the traveler.

Chris Russo should raise holy hell with disgraceful Pat McAfee

In the 1960s, Belle Barth, a late X-rated Miami Beach nightclub comic, would remark, “If I offend you, please tell your friends.” And that brings us to, of all people, Chris Russo. He and I have engaged in some nasty battles over his 33-year WFAN then
