Called to speak with a service representative, on hold for 1 hr. 45 min. Their new SURI system is only in Spanish. PICO use to be in both Spanish and English. Simple question: is it available in English? No ONE picked up the line. Horrible!! BTW I am trying to give you money....
UPDATE: after 1:53 min on Hold. They answered and just HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I SAID HELLO> WTF!!! HACIENDA!!!

Had a great experience. Of course I was there 7am sharp. Information provided was very complete and they resolved all my issues. Don't have any complaints.

You will rot in the line before you get to someone and when you do they will inform you incorrectly so you will have to spend another day rotting in line again.

It was easy to find, the area seems to be mostly clean. The service you'll get will depend on the person in the other side of the desk, some are good and others not. they have free parking with security constantly patrolling.
