Rooms are great, service is great. They have a happy hour from 5:30-7:30 for free drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) and snacks. Pool area is awesome. Nice restaurants around with beach nearby. One complaint is that there was a small odor in the air as if the carpet was wet but won't complain about that when everything else was so great

I gave this Embassy Suites 3 stars because a shower valve in my bathroom was broken and couldn't switch between the tub slicker or the shower head. The service was great though, they had a tech up to the room in minutes. The other reason for 3 stars is the carpeting was old and torn and other plumbing fixtures in my room were very old and not secured well.

One of the better stays in San Juan. This hotel offers complementary breakfast, convenient parking, live music, fitness room, pool, and a casino. Short distance to the airport is a huge advantage. I would definitely recommend this place.

My family and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, food was good too. Close to beach, shops and sights.
