An amazing experience in an elegant and contemporary setting guided by sitting Buddhas adding to a serene ambiance. Chef David and his team have designed an exquisite International menu of appetizers and entrees that bring together a combination of flavors from the French cuisine and the Caribbean with a local twist. Esther Crespin Credi From the arrival to the departure, everything was perfect!!! Starter and Main were excellent!!!!! Well presented and tasty!!! Excellent service and quality of food very high!!!  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Christie Garcia My favorite restaurant in Puerto Rico. I love this place! It is apparent the minute you meet chef David that he has a thorough french culinary training. And as any great chef, he has taken the freshest offerings of the ‘Isla del Encanto’ and has turned them into amazing signature dishes. From Santa Barbara December 22, 2015 Powered By:

Perfect meal. The place is small and cozy. The chef is at the dinning room all the time, taking the orders, serving and just interacting with the costumers. But the food is the main reason to come. A beautiful fusion of French techniques with Puertorican flavor but not overdone or forced. The chef knows what he is doing. It also has a comprehensive wine list. Great experience.

Cozy and Wonderful. 100% recommended. You cannot leave the island without stepping into this cozy, wonderful cave. The chef and owner receives you and his French accent welcomes you to a magical journey about to commence. The food is not only delicious but elegant and the French/Caribbean fusion is a magical treat to your taste buds. Perfect place for culinary aficionados, special celebrations (anniversary for instance) or just to treat yourself to a more than great dinner. They offer menu a la Carte and a 5 course menu which is spectacular! If you like a dish from the specials but not feel like ordering the complete 5 course menu the chef will be more than happy to serve you the plate that you like. They offer a 1 page cocktail menu and have wines and champagne. You are also more than welcome to bring your own wine (corkage fee applies EXCEPT for Wednesdays which is FREE). Hope you decide to go and try this hidden gem in the heart of San Juan! Bon appetit!!!!!!!

One of the most delicious meals of my life. The chef takes great care to create beautiful and balanced dishes and to spend time presenting and explaining each dish to the tables. A must for a special occasion.

The food was truly amazing, and the chef was great! The octopus appetizer was as good as I've ever had anywhere!
