Pretty straightforward to get to, and the lines moved well. My one complaint is that some of the signs are misleading, and it was unclear where to go with baggage that's already tagged (we ended up in a longer set of lines than necessary). That said, all employees were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to the cruise.

This is where you board the Royal Caribbean Adventure of the Seas through 2018 at least. It is an okay terminal, with a ton of taxis lining up and little parking. It has an outdoor lineup area and inside a small seating area for the amount of people there are. They typically board around 12:30pm.

Cruise line as a complementary gift should at least give passengers a ride nearer to the popular places at Old San Juan. I don't like seeing tourists with heavy sun or rain walking from this pier to the other.
