Best Restaurant Ever! The food is done so well here! If you want an experience you won't forget then don't order off the menu. Just ask the Chef to surprise you and he will deliver! The atmosphere is amazing and the food is so fresh! Will always hold a memory of this place in my heart. Don't know the next time I will be back in Puerto Rice but when I do Cafe Lucia is going to be my first stop! Carlos is the best!
