Customer service is amazing. Nice, ample rooms. Awesome view! Fridge broke down in the middle of the night and front desk came and replaced it.

This Hotel was so out dated. I checked in to the room and I felt I stepped back in time 20 years ago. The hotels pool and surroundings was actually nice until I stepped into the room. Then it all changed. Everything was old discolored and it made us feel like I was taking my life in my own hands and playing Russian roulette. My daughter stayed in the pool area because it was very lovely to be outside. However indoors was a different story. We walked out of the hotel in 20 mins and found a room at the Hilton in Ponce,
Wow what a relief to be there. That was pure Heaven to be in a place that I felt happy from the rooms to the out door activities. So I give the holiday Inn 2 stars because the pool and the scene outside viewing the water. Was awesome but inside it was scary. I would have taken pictures to post online to help people choose better then I did. But I really had to get out so my eyes could stop seeing the ugliness. I just want to keep it real and not edit this like other posts do. This place needs a make over inside.
