Very impressed that floor models were plugged in and fully operational. Sales associate took his time to make sure that what I bought really suited my needs. He was outstandingly helpful. I came to Best Buy because I wanted help deciding what to buy, and that's exactly what I got.

Tried to buy ipod this aft. at bayamon store. Personnel too busy to attend me. Posible age discrimination. Beware older shoppers.

Go to Hato Rey store is better than Rio Hondo.

Went in to get an estimate for my business for several items. None of the customer service reps could help me and referred me to the manager. I let the manager know the list of items and asked for a total. Manager told me TO COME BACK WEDNESDAY. (This was on a Sunday) FOR A PRICE CHECK ON SEVERAL ITEMS. Only in Puerto Rico!
