Always happy with to visit the store. Even I don't have much of the attention of the store representatives. Might be low headcount. But as today; the best store to buy electronics.

Good item selection. I wouldn't call them expensive, but they sure aren't cheap.

I needed a new laptop so I went here because Best Buy always has the newest gadgets and the sales associates were very kind and helpful, I was a bit disappointed with the fact that with my budget I didn't really have a lot to choose from. But I'm happy with my purchase and was offered the insurance which I bought of course. The Geek Squad employees were all super nice when installing my anti-virus protection. I don't give the five stars only because everything was sooo expensive and the wait was long but granted, it was during high season of December.

They recycle laptops, which is valuable because Apple's recycling-by-mail program doesn't work in PR. Just drop off your laptop. They won't pay you anything for it but they say that they will dispose of it or recycle it safely. Note that if you haven't removed the hard drive, Best Buy will remove it at a cost and give it to you. Best Buy also recycles batteries and a range of other items. I've attached photos of their recycling lists

Better prices than Sears in appliances. Best electronic inventory on the Island.
