15 minutes waiting, trying to get an answer on printing service and no one even looked at me. I used to worked there and I know how important is for the Company to greet the customer within the first seconds. This used to be a customer service oriented company. Printing services associates on today's shift need follow up and coaching on that!

I waited in line for 10 minutes only to be told we will call you. After waiting 45 minutes to be called and multiple attempts to print on my own with no help from an associate I left. Additionally, the have advertising for printing envelopes, but do not. Terrible service.
