Horrible. Tried calling 5 times today to verify our appt and continued to be hung up on. Everytime we spoke English. This is not professional customer service, and we were loyal customers.

My mother and I got a manicure and pedicure that started chipping the next day. I called three times to tell the manager about the service, but each time she was supposed to get back to me. No one ever called back. This "experience" is not worth it. Don't waste your time or money.
