I spent 4 nights here this past weekend and it was FANTASTIC! I loved the location, easy access to the beach, different restaurant choices within walking distance and it was a prime pick up point for all of my tours. The room was clean and more than enough for what we needed and housekeeping was great, the room was always serviced by the time we returned. I loved the variety of the breakfast buffet and the great service. Emily and Felix are absolutely wonderful!!! I typically stay with family and i decided to go independent this time and I cant wait to book my next vacation with them.

It's good place to stay! Clean, all workers were good. Good restaurants...nice location.
Only thing I have to say...the water pressure was so low...shower wasn't easy. But I managed! I will go back!

If I could give this place more stars, I gladly would.
$186 for a king corner room with huge windows that opened and overlooked the pool and we could see the ocean as well!
We were given $25 food credit/room upon booking our rooms and we sampled both the regular breakfast and the burger buffet. My single complaint was that the service was slow and we feared we might miss our check out time. Otherwise, everything was fantastic and I highly recommend staying here.
The best part, though, was that they offered to store luggage for us after we'd checked out, and again a week later (after we'd returned from our cruise but before our flights) FOR FREE!

The service is pretty decent. Sometimes it did suck because I had to keep calling for a problem and either no one would pick up or I had to keep reminding them to come to the room to fix the problem. By problem I mean the restroom toilet water elevated all the way up. They did a great job fixing the problem. The towel cards are a waste of Time in my opinion. It's great to have them but it sucks that you have to remember to turn them in at Check out. They should have more pillows per bed, in my opinion. Also, a hotel entertainment would be nice. The hotel was okay but it wasn't anything I'll miss.
