Very disappointing
I have been wanting to dine at Budatai for a long time. I finally got to go last week and it was a lack luster dining experience. I ordered their Signature dish. The hero of the dish, the shrimp was overpowered by a strong mixture of spices that made the dish boring. It had only one layer of flavor - the spices - that made everything taste the same. My wife ordered a Black Sea bass and again the dish was flavor boring. The bass was overshadowed by the potato. Very disappointed at a very boring dishes.

Delicious dinner. Had Piccadilly ramen, which was fantastic. Wife loved her veggie noodles with fried tofu. Best part was calamari dim sum. Prices not bad compared to other restaurants in the neighborhood. Will come again.

Had sushi and Shrimp Fried Rice.
Sushi was 4/5, Friend rice was on point.
Ambience is nice. Service can be better.

The service was ok but the food was substandard. The crab in my suchi was completly spoil I told the waiter but still charged me for the plate. Do not go to this restaurant.
