Beautiful hotel. Convenient location. Room is slightly small, but amenities are nice. We enjoy the beach club, and being able to walk to local restaurants in the evening. Shower leaks through the door, as it is not sealed well. We thought there was a Continental breakfast included, but thus was not the case. They do have free coffee though, and it's pretty good.

Beautiful hotel with a 24/7 pool and gym and helpful staff. Room is tastefully appointed and I slept very well on the king bed. Thoroughly enjoying my stay.

Location is okay, they provide a cart to the beach which is great and it's not too far from condado. The service here is excellent, the staff are friendly and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again. The rooms are nice, clean and modern.

My wife and I liked the overall stay while we were there this past December 2016. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the right size room. The bed was very comfortable which is always a plus. There is a courtyard to spend a few hours sitting by poolside relaxing under the trees. There is a supermarket right across the street, "SuperMax De Diego" so that you can buy items you might want during your stay and not bring them with you on your flight. We also had a rental car which we used the parking that was available at the hotel which is just a short walk away from the entrance, you could also use the valet parking. There are also a few restaurants and stores also with-in walking distance (15-20 minutes) that is near the beach area of Condado. We spent 5 nights in the hotel and the location is with-in walking distance of some of the places we were to be visiting while on this trip. The (museum) Museo De Arte De Puerto Rico, Centro de Bellas Artes Luis A. Ferre for the "Nutcracker" Ballet and for a concert by the Symphony Orchestra of Puerto Rico. Would we stay there again or recommend it to friends, yes.

Stayed again 20-25 April 2017
We picked DoubleTree again for our stay in Puerto Rico, because of it's location as stated above because we were going to a concert which is right up the hill and is easy to get to. Plus it is close to the beach that we can walk or hop in the rental car and go up to "Old San Juan". Yes, I would recommend again to friends. Plus here is a couple of photos of Ocean Park beach, after a suggestion from Yodil Cabán, General Manager at Doubletree.
Thanks,
Kevin

We spent New Year's Eve here on the last day of our vacation in Puerto Rico. It is a standard Doubletree Hotel except for the pool which is open 24 hours! This made our overnight very enjoyable. The staff was pleasant and provided extra pillows and blankets. The area is ok. Not on the beach nor near a wide variety of restaurants but it was safe and there is a 24 hour supermarket across the street.
