The worst government office I've had the not had the opportunity to deal with. They do not answer the phones. When they finally do- they transfer you to an extension that nobody will pick up... For this quality of work it does not justify a PR government worker's salary.... This is an excerpt taken from an article titles "5 reasons why Puerto Rico is bankrupt" "Over the years, there have been egregious examples of waste all over Puerto Rico. One of the prime examples of waste is the generous salary packages that’s given to government workers. For instance, a legislative advisor starts at $74,000, while a fitness studies professor (the government spends a lot of its budget on education) earns a starting salary of $152,000. Most government workers also receive three months vacation time and one-month paid sick leave. Oh, and government workers receive $120 million a year in bonuses." Good job PR, and then you're asking for a 72 Billion Bailout...

A few month ago I received an email saying that I owe momey on a corporation that I cancelled last year. I tried calling them numerous times and never spoke to anyone. After emailing a few times I received a response. They said they would waive the fees through October 21st. Well that's this week and I still haven't spoken to anyone. I no longer do business there. I no longer wish to pay fees.

Horrible, they don't answer the main phone, I've try 10 times , They have no emails, or at least it's not available on the website. for different sections, there's no way you can communicate with anybody there. I think they are in the dinosaur era. For five months I have try to renew my real estate licence with no avail. I'd paid $200.00 upfront.

Todas la oficinas dieron hasta hoy para someter planillas y documentos. El departamento de estado se va por otro lado creando caos y confusión. Que desastre. Necesitamos un sistema informe. Unos dicen una cosa y ellos lo que le da la gana.
