Rooms are large and well appointed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Manager's wine and cheese reception is a nice get together for the guests. We bought a package which gave us a in room gift and $75 credit to the restaurant each night. The gift was forgotten (totebag) and we had to correct or bill too get the $75/night removed.

Incredible hotel. Friendly staff, wonderful location, amazing rooftop plunge pool + jacuzzi. And of course the hotel itself has amazing charm. Did I mention there's a wine + cheese hour? Have stayed here twice and will be back again.

This hotel is right in the middle of Old San Juan, and a historic site. The hotel reminds me of an old cuban building, and the rooms are comfortable. I love the architecture, and the fact that they staff is very attentive. You could walk all around the city from this location. Also their is parking.

The food was really quite good. Also the ambiance and service were excellent. I think our servers name was Alejandra.. and she treated us like royalty.

This is a historic convent; hence, its name. Beautiful rooms, and friendly staff. Food? Not so impressed...
