The track is very well kept. The installations are also maintained. The park includes an indoor swimming pool and tennis/racket ball courts.

There are 16 hard courts administered by the Municipality of San Juan. They are very deteriorated and some of them cannot be used. Although there is an adminiatrator, Mr. Adrian Hernandez, of what I have seen and heard, due to politics there is not much he can do. He is a pro-sport person and very customer oriented.

I went here for the novelty of being in a Central Park other than the one from my hometown (NYC) - it's a nice park overall, but the polluted waters around are just unsightly.
