Mary Lee's by the Sea | Vacation Rentals in Guánica Puerto Rico

f P.O. Box 394  Guanica, PR  00653    Ph. 787.821.3600  Fax. 787.821.0744 e-mail  Mary Lee and Binkie are waiting for you! We are 2 hours from San Juan on the Southwest coast.  This is the true Puerto Rico, and you will find the people warm and friendly. We face the Caribbean, with beautiful views of mangrove islands, and the ocean breaking on coral reefs in the distance. We border the Guanica State Forest. All units have their own very special tropical décor and range in size from efficiencies to 3 bedrooms.  The bedrooms are air-conditioned, and each apartment has a complete and very well equipped kitchen, (including microwave and a large variety of small appliances), private entrance, patio with BBQ and an most with a view of the sea.  All are just minutes from several lovely beaches.    The friendly informal atmosphere features rest … relaxation … beaching … snorkeling … and fishing.  For joggers and walkers it’s a perfect spot, and for birdwatchers this is IT!  The Guanica State forest (designated by the United Nations as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve) is, also, a bird sanctuary. It has a greatest variety of birds on the island.  One week a guest spotted 60 species. For Reservations and Information either e-mail us at or call us at 787-821-3600 Looking for beaching?  We offer (for a small fee) transportation to Guilligans’s Island with its bathtub bay.  Also, nearby are many delightful coves and the public beach at Caña Gorda … Looking for snorkeling?  We have gorgeous coral reefs as well as lots of mangroves to explore. For Kayakers (we rent single and doubles) our bay, which is protected by mangrove islands, is a perfect spot for a short paddle to several secluded beaches. If you just want to sit in the sun, we have the best weather on the island with the lowest annual rainfall.  At ocean front we have 2 docks plus 2 decks.  The tropical breezes are gentle and consistent. You’re right!!! We have an unspoiled tropical paradise which is a combination of God created beauty and man made comfort … (Also as Mary Lee says “it sure beats shoveling snow”!!!) We are pet friendly in MOST units.  Contact us for fees and restrictions.   View from Pacifica’s balcony Alegre’s back patio View from Contenta’s porch View from Sirena 1 Sirena 2’s deck facing ocean Patio outside of Ruthie’s   Tranquila’s oceanfront view       Preciosa’s garden area   View from Encanto’s patio     Mary Lee and Binkie welcome you!   If you are not graduating in the term in which you were supposed to complete your thesis, you should ask your thesis advisor to give you a grade of in for your course. This is not surprising organizing ideas, arguments and topics within the development of these arguments is among the most demanding processes for professional and amateur writers. But in universities in the uk and australasia, evaluation purposes have predominantly been formative and developmental.

Its real simple. Relaxation away from the Craziness of Day to Day Life. Dont criticize material details when You dont have this type of experience in your back yard. The ocean, beach , boat dock, hospitality. Beautiful!

Rented a Kayak to go over to Gilligan Island. Staff was friendly and helpful and rates are fair. The property looks well cared for and very nice for a vacation.

OK but dated. Great view out to Gilligans Island. Beds were really soft and old, decore was ok, kitchen stuff was old and crappy but the dishes were good and grill was clean and worked well. Closest food options were San Jacinto (horrible), Copamarina (good but very pricy) or a 10 minute drive back down the narrow winding road to Guanica where there were several fast food and local options as well as a large, well stocked grocery store. Nice beaches nearby but a bit far to walk...

We rented the Pacifica and I have to say that the accommodations were good but the bathrooms were the worst bathrooms I have ever seen, they were disgusting. I am not sure how the rest of the units are, but i was very disappointed with the Pacifica. :(

We rented a kayak from this place to go to Gilligan's Island. They were very friendly and even let us know that if we got tired, they could come pick us up.
