Nice little public beach. Plenty of shade under the palm trees. There are lifeguard post with actual guard's in them. Theres a nice walkway near by.

This is a beautiful beach. When we went, the water was clear and the weather was great. The swimming was great where we were, and there weren't really any major waves. The view is wonderful, with Old San Juan in sight. The beach itself was fairly well maintained, although as other commenters have mentioned there were some bottle caps/plastic throughout the beach. There are bathrooms available, as well as lifeguards. There was a vendor selling water ice for $2. Parking is $5 for the day, which is fine.

Beautiful public beach, ample parking for $5, no food available as the restaurant is under renovation. Bathroom is clean but closes at 530pm. Good swimming for kids, lots of shade. Lovely views of Old San Juan, walking distance to some food like el hamburguera.

White sand beach with shady palm trees. Police patroled with large natural swimming pool. Good spot for surfing

There are actually two beaches here: one that is protected by an atoll, and an adjacent beach that is open to the ocean. The beach with the atoll is sandy with rocks under the water, while tho open beach is smooth and sandy. The beach is lined with palm trees for good shade. Views of the Fort and old San Juan can be had from the west side. Parking is $5 at the lot all day. The beach is popular, so don't expect pristine sand; bottle caps and other small pieces of litter can be occasionally be found away from the water. There are bathrooms available. Saw some surfers there, but the swell looked to be far from shore.
