Stylist Minh cut and colored my hair and did a great job, highly recommend especially for a good price. Cares about her customers and has great hospititality.

Stylist June is great...always available and does an EXCELLENT job. Very professional, neat and fast. Great haircuts for several years now, and although I've moved considerable distance from this location I go back. A good hairstylist is hard to come by nowadays.

Wow, I just had the best experience at the Hair Cuttery in Ashburn Village (Village Shopping Center, Ashburn). They were extremely professional and courteous. My stylist was Shauling and she did an amazing job with my unruly hair. She provided the perfect cut and color (one that you would expect at any very high-end and expensive salon) at Hair Cuttery prices. Additionally, the place was so clean. There was no hair, dirt, or dust anywhere. What a wonderful experience. I will definitely be bringing my entire family here, as well as telling my friends about this Hair Cuttery location and Shauling.

My fiance Just came home from this hair cuttery. He asked for a 3-2 blend. He had a long chunk sticking straight out in the back and the whole cut was uneven. Went back to have Shauling fix it after the poor attempt the first time she tried and she fixed it with scissors!! Then yelled at him because "he didn't ask for a scissor cut"! No he asked for a very simple cut with clippers, and she was incapable of that. Very unprofessional got hair all over him, and actually was yelling at him over her incompetence. No "I'm sorry let me fix it", she harassed him the whole time he was there, shoving his head down to where he actually had to tell her to let him up and he walked out. Shauling needs to be fired. Yelling that she's "been there for 16 years" is not a way to get what you want.

I have medium length black hair went this Hair Cuttery for Partial Highlights.. Initially she told me 55$ for Highlights and 30$ for some conditioner but when she was done and asked me to see if all is ok i could not see even anything close to highlights! and then got the very much expected response from her that after two three hair wash i will be able to see the highlights!!! any ways I was not happy with wot ever she did so didnt argue and went to pay for the services and I was shocked when she gave me bill of 110$ when I asked what is this extra money they are charging for ??/ then she kept telling 12$ bcz my hair are below shoulders, 30 $ for root touch up ( that she actually just applied one brush one time near few grey hair) and 20$ more God knows what!!!! when i asked her she should have told me amount b4 doing anything extra than what I was asking for ! any ways long story short! I was totally disappointed from the service and hate the way they cheat customers! that was my first and last time not ever going to go there.
