Chelsey was a fantastic technician however the spa facility lacked the relaxing and welcoming feel. I was also quoted a lower rate than I was charged upon leaving which I did not appreciate and the attendant was not concerned at at about it in the radio silence I received. I paid it, of course, but it was the principle of the fact that I ordered my services and was quoted 140 & charged 150 upon exiting. The relaxation room is severely lacking and I was offered water, coffee or tea and then never spoken to about it it again. I had to pursue it and it made me feel like I was an imposition.
I've been going here for years. Mandy is fabulous at electrolysis - working quickly and using the appropriate current. She and the front desk staff are always so pleasant, and the spa is relaxing and clean. :-) I love the convenient Tuesday/Thursday evening hours. Highly recommended.
Hannah gave me a shampoo/style cut/blowout today. The entire visit was amazing. I have never before experienced such professionalism and skill in a salon. She took time to discuss styles, and really listened to what I was apprehensively looking for...as I wasn't sure! She also was very nice and easy to talk to. If you want an experience beyond your expectations I highly recommend Hannah. She's amazing!
