Do not use this rental agency! they have charged our credit card account for the tolls accumulated from another client who rented the car months after we left the island. I just received a call today from U Save asking to speak to the same client who apparently used the tolls. They have all of the information in their database confused because we have the same last names and now they are calling trying to get credit card information from the client who actually used accrued tolls but they have my number listed under that clients name. They are a mess. Do not do business with them.

I will never rent from these people again let me tell you why. I rented a car for nine days and although the car was not the problem the service and response was, I was supposed to be charged $497. Dollars for the 9 days I was on the island and I was told I could add a second driver at any time for the cost of $25. Extra per day, so since my flight left early in the morning and other people in my party left later in the afternoon I went to the office to add a second driver for 1 day ($25.) Right. When I looked at my charges on my card they charged me for the whole nine days. I repeatedly tried to call them to straighten the bill out and I get no answer or return call, now I'm on the hook for $793. These people are crooks they add charges that should not be there. I hope this helps some one, I should of read the reviews.

This people offer you as a midsize a Mazda 6 or similar and you"ll get a Nissan versa with no power windows or locks and a lot of miles a versa is not similar to a Mazda 6. THEY DON"T HAVE A SINGLE MAZDA 6 IN THERE LOT

Would rate lower if I could. Absolute worst car rental place to exist. The amount of hidden fees is incredible and they don't even give you a decent car. Car they gave us for $600+ was already busted up as if it was a way to scam us into paying more money after turning it in. If you are San Juan, never use this place to rent a car. NEVER.

Don't rent from this place they charge hidden fees like road side service which is an option in other car rental companies and when u bring it up they say it's mandatory, very shady business practice. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from this place hopefully they will go out of business.
