One of the best car renting experiences i've had! Very fast, easy, hassle-free & great customer service. Our car was very new, clean and dependable. & They pick you up and drop you off if you need a ride. I highly recommend renting from here! :)

Booked a car on priceline, and when we got there, the price of the car for the week was more than double that estimate. Staff argued that the priceline quote was "an estimate" but then it turned out he had added all sorts of things I didn't want/need/ask for. After arguing for some time, the price came back down to about $10 more than the original quote. Very unpleasant experience overall. Will not use Dollar again. Other budget car companies have been much more easy to work with.

Best Rent-a-car experience I've ever had from someone who rents a lot of car all over the world. Very friendly, great customer service, well priced and they really go the extra mile to please their customers. Highly recommend when in Puerto Rico!

Unpleasant experience. First, the car that I was given was very dirty, it was just vacuumed but had stains all over the dash, doors, seats, etc. WORST of all, it had a very stubborn cigarrette odor inside; and they have a No Smoking policy for their cars. Second, PEOPLE BE AWARE, they will add insurance to your bill such as tire and rim insurance, road side assistance, and supplemental insurance without even asking you! They told that their cars had to be fully insured, but that is not so. One decides to take a supplemental insurance or not. All in all, I had like $18 additionally daily on top of my bill. This was a very disrespectful from them. Third, they had no shuttle to take me back to airport. They had only one person in the rental place and so there was no driver available. He told me to walk across the street to grab a taxi. Don't depend on the shuttle service! Not walking back with these guys.
