Very organized operation. First off there was no line to speak with an Enterprise representative at the desk. She even gave us a delicious lunch recommendation (it was fantastic btw) and was very fast and efficient. We then proceeded upstairs and had our vehicle ready to go. Signed all the paperwork electronically and were on our way. The car only had 4000 miles and was immaculate. On return we pulled up to the drop off are and we're immediately greeted and we're told that the car was all set. We were stunned that it was such an easy process of dropping the vehicle off only lasted seconds. All in all highly recommend their services.

This has been the easiest car rental we've ever had. The Enterprise people were helpful and pleasant. The pick up and drop off was smooth and we got exactly what we signed up for. In the past with other companies, we ordered a mid size car but got a compact because "that was what was available." We appreciate getting what we paid for with Enterprise. We will be using them again for our next trip!

When we visit Puerto Rico I always choose Enterprise and the company to rent from because I don't have problems renting and it is quick since I book it on-line before we leave the states and most of the time I use the kiosk. Install another sign so it can be seen when returning the vehicle. We were right behind a car when we entered and took a left turn down the ramp instead of going straight and then up the ramp. We had to go back out through another car rental area and around the airport and re-enter.
Thanks

Rented from 2-18 to 2-25, everyone was helpful and was a breeze picking up the car and dropping it off. Bought the tank of gas so we didn't have to worry about that on the return. The Hyundai that we had was a great little car with lots of power and great mileage. Only thing I would suggest is use your phone GPS, ours we could not find the street we were going to with the one provided.

Super fast service. Very busy afternoon and they had us in and out while the lines for the other rental companies hardly moved. Had to extend our rental a day and all it took was a 2 minute phone call. Returning the car was just as quick.
