Don't rent from this place!!!! Horrible service... I was in PR for a family Funeral and rented a car to visit the family. After I left the place I notice A cockroach while driving :/ The next day I notice more of them... I called the company to pickup the car and not only they would answer the phone... once I was able to talk to someone they said I had to drop the car and pickup another one.... :/ no refund no nothing... really bad service 😡

If I could I would give them no stars. I also had to wait for someone to help me. I was told I had to use their insurance by law when I had my own. I got an old car that barely made it to my destination, then I was charged $53 for tolls when it doesn't even cost that much. These people are rip off. I was supposed to get a car from u-save but they past me to nu. They are all rip off. Don't rent from them. It is not worth the time nor the money.

Despite of the negative reviews; I rented back in 2016. The staff was friendly and the service was great. No complaints here.

There is only one word to describe my experience with this company: awful!! The conditions of the car I was given during my rental period were subpar at the most. The car had scratches all over and even a broken taillight due to an accident. And on top of that I was charged $60 for a lost wheel cap (the whole set could be purchased for less than $30). When I asked the attendant whether the company is really purchasing a new wheel cap for the car since I noticed the accident on the car along with other damages have not been fixed and I am pretty sure the company charged the deductible to the customers his answer was silence. I WILL NEVER EITHER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

I have to say I was a bit wary bc of the reviews online and the fact that there were some points where I felt the car might fall apart or not make it up a hill... but I am very happy with my service... I wasn't ripped off and the staff were very helpful.
