The staff was very friendly and helpful! Language can be a bit of an issue, but they were patient in taking the time to ensure everything was well understood. I had trouble with a keyless fob losing connection to the car. Roadside assistance was set up for me to take care of the problem. Overall it was a positive experience with some of the most affordable rates.

First car we took off the lot, immediately blew off the oil filter. Good thing I noticed and stopped right away. Didn't offer the insurance just put it on the bill. That's an extra $30 I didn't need to spend. Took longer than expected/than what we were told to get a ride when we were done. When we got a ride, we had to turn around to get a different van since the first had no gas. Then we headed in the wrong direction adding 20 minutes to the return. Overall $67 for a day trip plus dealing with the stupid.

Cheap car rentals. Got one for $18/day including all taxes. Shuttle from airport, might take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Lots of paperwork to sign before getting the car, could be a little quicker.

There was a little confusion with the price. The pending charge on our credit card was a completely different amount from our receipt. Other than that, the service was great. Nice, clean cars. They picked us up and dropped is off at our hotel. Very convenient.
