We got a nice van off the lot and thought it was okay. That same hour, we saw a roach crawling on the dashboard; we killed the bug and moved on with our lives. By the end of the night, we killed at least five roaches. Thinking there would be no more, we kept the car. We were wrong. In two days, we killed more than ten roaches and saw more. We called their office and asked if we could swap out the car for another. They said yes, but we would have to pay another $400 for a service fee. For the rest of the week, we had to keep killing roaches and smacking them off of our bodies.

Rude customer service and hidden fees too! Said I drove on a toll road and owed less than $3 then charged me an additional fee of $50 to do so! That is BS! Poor business! Place aught to be shut down! I wish there was a NO ⛥ OPTION!!

Terrible service & surprise charges. Did not honor our reservation with Orbitz. Beware!

Only giving 1 start because I'm forced to. Save as all the other reviews, terrible service and surprise charges. My car was switched and I paid about $400 more than quoted because I was forced to purchase their insurance since I rented with a debit card. Ez pass is nor optional according to them, which i found it later was a lie. If i want so desperate for a van (not available anywhere else at last minute) i would have left it on the lot. Also, shuttle service is a joke, they tell you to reserve shuttle but they don't answer the phone, I've tried now for 9days straight. I had to pay for taxi service.

In one word- horrible!! What an armature company. From A-Z bad expirance. First we order the car for 10:00 am, she asked us to arrive at 11:00, no one was at the airport and it took us 30 euros taxi ride. We got there at 11:05 and she got mad at us. We got a very old car!! When it was time to get back the car brook down ( the gear) and we had to wait 2 hours to get picked up. She wanted us to take 6 hr drive bus, but we said no way, and she had no choice but sending us a texi. Then she want us to pay cash to the driver and she will redound our credit card becouse she didn't want to pay cash... It was truly the worst customer service ever!! Don't do it!!!
