Horrible customer service; made us wait an hour to tell us they're too busy helping people with reservations and they'd have to call us back if they had any cars available.... you could have said that earlier

This was our second time staying at the resort and 2nd time renting from this Enterprise. We had a great experience both times. This stay, I ended up falling ill on the 1st of 2 days we were set to rent a car. My husband went to the Enterprise desk just moments before we were supposed to pick up the car and whoever helped him (it was on February 26, 2016) was so very nice. We were able to push our reservation back a day with no hassle and I was able to work on getting better with no stress! Very happy customers and we will most likely be back next year and will definitely go through Enterprise on site every year we go!

Really bad service. The girl at the desk keep on delaying us saying that she has a car and we need to wait for sometime. Even after 2 hour the girl did not provide us with a car.
Had got car rental from enterprise before this with a good experience. But this has been a horrible experience at this location
