Jerry was absolutely amazing!!! Unfortunately they were sold out of rentals when we landed in Culebra but Jerry gave us amazing tips, mapped the island out for us and helped us get a cart with another company. Next time we go back we will definitely make plans in advance to rent from them! Jerry's is the best!

Great service. Brand new jeeps. Jerry's is the best. I do wish they had a choice of jeeps though....with older jeeps being less expensive. I certainly would have been fine with an older, "island" jeep.

Convenient and friendly. My prefered car rental joint on the island.

Very convenient. Staff was very friendly. We had a reservation when we arrived. We were in and out with the brand new jeep in 5 min. Would rent from again!

I spoke to a lady from Jerry's jeep rental right after I arrived in the ferry. I arrived around noon on Friday and I told her that I needed to take the ferry the next day at 5pm, she said the price was 45$ and that I could return the cart no later than 4:15pm so I rented the cart. Later that night a manager called me saying that they were about to close and that If I was going to keep the cart, I said yes I told the lady that I was going to return the cart tomorrow, he said that she had charged me the fee for the day only , I said ok but she gave me a rate for 45$ till Saturday and he charged my car for the additional money. Saturday when I went to return the cart at 4pm they told me that the had to charge me extra 20$ for the extra hours and I got very upset and I told her "what extra hours if you told me I could return it no later than 4:15pm" she then said that she never said that and the manager said that it was a confusion. There was no confusion, she said I could return the cart at 4:15 on Saturday and that is exactly what I did. Needless to say the the golf cart's brakes were not good at all. Bad experience with this company...
