The trip to Culebra was the highlight of our PR trip. The crew was fantastic, friendly and most helpful. There were 4 of us, the 2 teenagers never snorkelled, staff was great with assistance! Snorkeling was breathtaking, sea turtles were exhilarating to see!! We are traveling to PR in April again and this will be #1 on our list. Highly recommended, it's a must, price was very fair. By the way did you get your new boat yet? Would love to go to Virgin Islands with you.

This tour is worth every penny! The snorkeling was great (even in less than ideal conditions). The Flamanco beach was amazing! The crew was professional and fun. They fed us a full lunch. And a spread of fruit and snacks before the relaxed ride back. Plus all you can drink rum punch and pina coladas! Would recommend this to anyone.

This was the highlight of our Puerto Rico trip. Greatly recommended...well worth the cost. My entire family enjoyed it, most were new to snorkeling, now all want to go back for more. Great staff, clean boat, excellent service, highly recommended.

Absolutely disappointed and angry with this company so much! Booking was easy through their website and pay through Paypal. I did receive a confirmation email after I made the reservation. Here comes the problem. I arrived at Puerto Rico and did all my reserved activities then Friday 8/5 came. The weather was not good: raining and thunderstorm. Since we have not gotten any phone calls, my two friends and I made a trip from Old San Juan to the Harbor, an one hour drive, and called the place to find the right parking. A woman answers the phone call and she asks for my name and I gave her my name then she tells me that the tour has been cancelled. I was furious that they didn't give me any notifications earlier that we could have made a plan B for that day. But she never apologized or said sorry or anything, but kept saying that she doesn't understand the problem, because I will be receiving my refunds. Her attitude was just unacceptable. She kept yelling back at me saying that they cannot take any clients out in the sea. I completely understand that under the weather circumstance, beach tour and snorkeling is not possible. I GET THAT! I just wanted an apology or admit that they made a mistake. That's frustrating, right? Then, I come back today is 8/11 and I still have not gotten my refund, so I email them to confirm whether the refund has been processed or what. Then Cristina Morales replies saying that they couldn't refund because they didn't know my email address. like...WHAT? why didn't they contact me first to ask for my information if that was the problem? Then she starts saying how they started refunding yesterday and noticed that they were missing my information and was going to contact me today. Really? Were you really? Then I had to give all the emails I have in order to get my freaking refund. SO ANGRY WITH YOU GUYS!!!!I'm sure the tour and the snorkel itself may be beautiful, but logistics and attitudes....................no

We went on their boat on January 2016, but still feel obligated to let everyone know that they are the best. The boat, snorkeling experience, white sand beaches, blue crystal clear water, food and specially the crew were awesome and unforgettable. Definitely recommended :)
