Boat and captain were great. So glad we didn't take the kayaks after we watched so many struggling in the current. Go when the moon isn't bright, later in the evening is better. Other reviews made us skeptical but glad we did it.

Enjoyed the tour and Michael was a great guide. We did see bioluminescent sparkles in the water even though it was cold for Puerto Rico. The stars were our and we saw iguana, bats, tarpin, and red manfo crabs. The water wasn't neon green but regardless it was still cool to see.

All this talk of bio bay, bioluminescent bay, blah! 2.5 hr drive round trip, $100 boat trip. We went thru a dark channel, parked in a lagoon, which was cool. When it came time to see the plankton light up, what? where? nothing! May be real but we saw nothing. Best scam around. Spend your money elsewhere and buy an expensive souvenir instead.

The only reason I would give two stars is cause they are the only company who take kids in a boat and their boat guide Micheal does an excellent job explaining everything . Otherwise they are completely overpriced and do nothing . We were hoping someone from the company would jump in the water and to show us the luminous effects but we were just asked to dip our hands and see for ourselves . They charged $50 for adult and $40 for a toddler .... Wonder what difference the $10 made. It was a short ride in the lagoon and before you realize you are done . A total rip off . If you can do with kayaking please pick that .

Impossible to get ahold of via telephone and email. Tried Facebook and their contact page and still no response over a 2+ week period. Plan ahead and use Bio Island tours instead at least they responded back but did not have any availability.
